However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 15 days of purchase.
- If your skin did not reacted as expected to new products we need to receive a phone call, text message at 773.517.3512 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to notify us that you have an adverse reaction. In this case, we will need proof of the reaction - seeing you in person or a photo within 7 days of purchase. We would love to discuss some things when you bring them back to inform our brands about some specific things that happened and for us to learn from that experience as well.
- If it is not doing what you thought it would. Please call, text or email us. Sometimes a slight adjustment in how you are using it is all that is needed. If you decide you still don't like it, then we will arrange a time for you bring it back for an "In Store Credit" that you can use toward any future service or product purchase or full refund.
